Qualifications:

• Maximum 32 years old
• S1 degree from reputable university with major in Law/Psychology/Management with GPA ≥ 2.75
• Minimum 3 year experiences in the same field. Experiences in flexible packaging industry would be preferable
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skill, multi-tasking
• Ability to work individually and with team as well
• Proficient in English
• Computer literate
• Understanding on ISO 9001/22000
• Willing to be placed in factory in Cikande – Serang

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources Management, including recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, training and development, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, and general affairs
