We urgently look for the following positions: Recruitment Manager.

 

Job Description:

• Ensures all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Conduct for Psycho Test and Interview.
• Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

 

Requirements:

• Male, Age max. 35 years old.
• Min. S1 majoring in Psychology (Min IPK 2.75) from reputable university.
• Min. 2 year experiences in same position.
• Preferably having hospitality background.
• Able to conduct and make interpretation psychological testing.
• Hard worker, able to work in team, Communicative, good attitude.
• Good knowledge and skill in  interview and recruitment evaluation.
• Good knowledge and skill in others HR aspects is an advantage.
• Familiar with test administration.
• Willing to learn for improvement.
• Good communication skill in English (Oral & Written).
