PROLOGUE
A successful company always concerns with its organizational performance within a period of one year. By monitoring performance, the company could create various strategies to enhance their performance.
In more hybrid working conditions, where employees work independently from the comfortable workplace they choose, at office or remote, then performance management needs to shift in a more agile way and befriend technology in assessing performance.
In order to enlighten Human Resource Managers and practitioners, Intipesan Conference will be holding a one-day conference and bringing “PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT” : Strategy, Design, and Implementation as its theme.
