Job Description:
- Ensures all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
- Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Conduct for Psycho Test and Interview.
- Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Requirements:
- Male, Age max. 35 years old.
- Min. S1 majoring in Psychology (Min IPK 2.75) from reputable university.
- Min. 2 year experiences in same position.
- Preferably having hospitality background.
- Able to conduct and make interpretation psychological testing.
- Hard worker, able to work in team, Communicative, good attitude.
- Good knowledge and skill in interview and recruitment evaluation.
- Good knowledge and skill in others HR aspects is an advantage.
- Familiar with test administration.
- Willing to learn for improvement.
- Good communication skill in English (Oral & Written).
