Job Duties:
- Understand the Basic Concept of HR and Manpower Regulation of Indonesia
- Manage Compensation and Benefits.
- Manage Payroll (Attendance, Overtime Calculation, BPJS, Insurance claim)
- Industrial Relations
- Identify job Vacancy, Recruit, Interview and Select Applicants
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and resolve work-related problems
- Review and update Employee contract, company policy and regulation
- Keep to update with legal requirements and government regulations in regards to Human Resources
- Manage Training and Education Administration
- In charge in Procurement of General Affair (Stationary, Building Maintenance, Official Vehicle, Fix Asset)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource, Law or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- More than 3 (three) years of working experience in HR & GA
- Able to work with team
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Having good personality, good communication, Discipline and High Motivation
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
- Have an initiative, team working abilities, and leadership
- Have an excellent analytical thinking and professionalism
