Qualifications:
- Maximum 32 years old
- S1 degree from reputable university with major in Law/Psychology/Management with GPA ≥ 2.75
- Minimum 3 year experiences in the same field. Experiences in flexible packaging industry would be preferable
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skill, multi-tasking
- Ability to work individually and with team as well
- Proficient in English
- Computer literate
- Understanding on ISO 9001/22000
- Willing to be placed in factory in Cikande – Serang
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources Management, including recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, training and development, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, and general affairs
